GITE 3 (up to 2 people) with mezzanine.

This lovely little cottage is fully restored in 2002. It is a nice and cosy house for up to two people.

Against Gite 2 used to be an old barn, this lapse barn is changed in a delicious gite in "Quercy" style architecture. The cottage has its own access (through the privat parking situated behind gite 2).

A lovely shaded terrace on the north side offers lovely views on the private swimming pond and the castle of Montbrun, on the other side of the river Lot.

The single entrance on the ground floor leads to the living/kitchen area, which includes among other things a dining table, a sofa and a wood stove under the pine beams ceiling of the mezzanine.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. An open wooden staircase with a wooden fencing, leads to the bedroom floor (mezzanine) under the old oak beams. This bedroom floor (attic) offers sleep accomodation to 4 people (one 2 persons bed, 200 x 140 cm).
